Why, oh why are Stampin'Up retiring all their wheels, they can be so useful? Today I have made an early Christmas card, although the idea can be used for many occasions. The background behind the glittered tape is made with the "Music Notes" standard wheel. Why not treat yourself to one, it will last for years? Wheel is £5.95 and the handle only £3.50.
Unfortunately I have run out of Stampin'Up Basic Black Taffeta Ribbon, and had to improvise...not very successfully!! Another thought, don't make your cut out shape too big! The UK packing tape isn't that wide.
