New In-Colours

While looking at You Tube last week I came across this card design and decided to adapt it for this week's workshop.  
I have used Stampin'Up's lovely stamp set "Blooming with Kindness", the new In-Colours and the versitile stamp set from the new catalogue "Work of Art".
